Thanks to Ricky Curtin for the update! Step One Go to your start menu and open it, type Services.exe and click the Services.exe option that will appear in your start menu. Step Two In Services.exe scroll down until you see TabletServicesWacom, and right click that beast.
Step Three Restart! Good question! I do believe there is a way to do this. So, one notorious solution to this problem is to just uninstall / reinstall your wacom drivers when they’re turned off. This is annoying.
