Hi, i have two seagate external hard drives,750gb and 3 tb.Both were working fine before in my old computer(rip) using windows 8.1Now i have a new one running windows.
I just recently bought a Saegate 1TB hard drive and backed up all my important stuff on it, was using Windows 7 at the time. After upgrading to Windows 10 my pc is not detecting the drive, it shows at lower right corner that i've plugged it in, it shows in device manager, and disc management. Tried to assign a new path and letter but the options are grayed out and not able to do that either. So i'm stuck with this brand new hard drive with all my important data with no options of retrieving, formatting or accessing it. Been scouring the internet and forums for a possible solution but to no avail.
Does anyone have a viable fix for this because it's very frustrating. Hi, Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community. Windows 10 Bluetooth 4.0 Driver.
