Canon Scanner Driver

I have tried downloading the drivers from the Canon website to no avail. I tried the troubleshooter per below thread. I tried unzipping each component individually per this thread below to no avail.

Any other thoughts? Downloaded the drivers from the Canon site to my Desktop. Tried installing them, but all that appeared in Control Panel was a box labeled MF3240 under Unknown Devices. Called Canon Customer SupportĀ (1-800-652-2666) and was told to right click on the 'other' drivers in Device Manager and select Update Driver, navigate to the Desktop, select the folder, and follow the clicks from there. That worked for both drivers (print and fax) but sadly there are no Windows 10 drivers for the scan function, so for that I'll have to use a different computer.
