Hi, I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro and then did a clean install again. So Windows nearly detected all my drivers when doing a clean install.
After Windows 10 upgrade/update, if the inbuilt webcam isn’t recognized on your ASUS notebook, the cause most probably is the webcam driver.
I only installed the Chipset driver. The NVIDIA and Realtek drivers were installed by Windows (but I think I reinstall the NVIDIA one, because it only installed the raw driver not the NVIDIA tools I also want to use). But I face two problems: 1. Windows installed it's own lan driver instead of Intels one. Do you think I have some benefits from installing the Intel driver? I have an unknow device in my device manager. Hp Officejet 6600 Windows 10 Driver.
It is listed in 'USB-Controller' and it's name is 'Unknow USB Device'. The problem is I can't even read it's Hardware-ID's because the device manager can't read any information from it. • • • ROG Guru: Yellow Belt Array geneo PC Specs Motherboard Maximus X Code Processor Intel 8700K Memory (part number) 32 GB (2x16) G.Skill 3200 MHz CL14 TirdentZ RGB Graphics Card #1 MSI GTX 1070 X 8GB Storage #1 Samsung 512 GB 960 Pro, 850 Pro Storage #2 1TB 850 EVO, 2 TB WDC Black HDD CPU Cooler Noctua NH-D15 Case Fractal Design R4 Power Supply 750W Seasonic Prime Ultra Titanium Keyboard CM Quickfire Rapid TKL Mouse G602 Headset Bose Headset/Speakers Vanatoo T1, ML Dynamo 300 OS Windows 10 Pro X64 Join Date Feb 2014 Reputation 24 Posts 228.
